I think I am a nice, funny, and cool guy that is easy to talk to and is very active on this server. I have also been in the gmod rp environment for about 14 Months. I think I can assist by accepting and helping with tickets during times when other staff are not usually online. Maybe later down the line in my career at Insurgency, I can become an Administrator and teach new Moderators how to deal with situations, give punishments, and all around just be a good and competent staff member and become as liked as much as other staff. I've heard from people in global OOC that staff is sometimes lacking and may need some help, and I think I can be of use to the community. Because I understand how much of a pain more than anyone it is to not have any staff members when you want to get a model change, PK someone, or anything else that could be relevant during downtimes, which when you live in Australia is most of the time. During these off peak times often there is only one really overworked staff member whom wants to go IC but can’t because of all the tickets. To me in Gmod rp servers like Insurgency, the biggest problem is people who want to ruin the RP experience for other players or minge. However, I believe that I can assist in resolving the problem with these types of people. I will be a very positive and energetic member of the moderation team while also being a very nice person as well as a kind and helpful person. I believe that I am a good candidate for the staff team as I am mature and can handle stressful situations. With my activity and time zone, I believe that I can help the staff team effectively by lessening the wait time on the tickets. I know the community and management very well and have some good relationships with them. Another role of a staff Member is to help with issues on the server, problems, and altercations, even answering some simple questions and some tickets. Staff are responsible and relied on for evaluating situations and coming to a correct and fair judgment of punishment. It relies heavily on the fact that staff is active while on the server, answering tickets and helping other players. Some of these tickets can be as simple as helping someone use their flags, adding players to factions, changing models, promoting and demoting people, or handling RDM tickets, LTAP, FearRP, and sorting out PKs. Examining videos, presenting evidence, and hearing both sides of the story in order to reach a fair resolution to an ongoing situation This can be difficult because there are sometimes there are at least two sides to a story if not more. The staff team needs to work together, Oftentimes, two people are better than one while dealing with a situation, so it is good to help each other. It is essential that the staff team is active and competent to fulfil their duties. I feel like I will work well with the staff team, efficiently and respectfully, and not overstep my boundaries. But the Staff Team's main objective is to ensure an enjoyable and fun 1942 roleplay experience for all players. Without a staff team, the server would certainly not run as well as it does and would be filled with ‘minges’ and people who want to destroy the Roleplay environment.
